The Loadrite Weigh Management System is an "On-Board" scale that mounts to most styles of hydraulic lift equipment. The system can be used as a device to insure proper truck weight limits or as a management tool to analyze production efficiencies.  For example, information from the system can be combined with maintenance records of equipment for analysis of equipment efficiencies and operating costs.

The three components of the Loadrite system are as follows:

• L2180 Load Weighing and Information System for wheel loaders, also known as Load Rite 2180 loader bucket scales.
• LP950 Loadrite wheel loader scale Printer 
• LD940 Material Management System  for Load Rite loader scales

• Loadrite redefines accuracy with FACT (Friction and Ambient Compensation Technology) in this latest generation wheel loader scale L2180.

• Precision weighing (±½%)∞ means each truck can be loaded to its legal payload, avoiding costly overload fines, weighbridge fees and vehicle damage due to overloading.

• With L2180, weighing on a slope is no longer an issue for this on-board loader scale when you add a slope compensation sensor.

• Payload data can be stored internally and/or printed for hard copy. For comprehensive reporting and analysis of all Payload Data the optional Material Management System can be used to store data over longer periods. This data is easily transferred to a computer for further processing.

• The Loadrite L2180 can be installed on all makes and models of front-end loaders.

• The LP950 printer is a direct plug-in accessory for the range of Loadrite load weighing and information systems. Loadrite has been proven in rugged conditions and applications worldwide

• The Loadrite LD940 Material Management System (MMS) provides a convenient method of collecting, analyzing and presenting important information directly from your front-end loader.

• The MMS software is designed to manage this information and generate reports which enable your business to operate more effectively and profitably.

• Data transmission can also be done wirelessly with LD100.
